Kinsley's Senior Session - Fun and Games Photos

Every senior that we work with brings something unique and diverse to our time together, and discovering those facets is always a delight! Recently, we had the pleasure of photographing Kinsley, a truly exceptional senior from Oceanside Collegiate Academy. Armed with diverse talents and a lively personality, she filled our time together with plenty of laughter and we loved learning all kinds of things about her! As a star pitcher for the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Varsity softball team, Kinsley's skill and determination have led her team to back-to-back division wins. It's no surprise that she has been playing softball since she was five and has dedicated herself to the sport year-round for the past six years.

However, this beautiful girl’s talents don't stop at athletics. She also has a tremendous musical voice, a gift that has been recognized since she was selected to be a part of the National Honors Choir in eighth grade, representing South Carolina in Louisville, Kentucky. Hearing about her singing was a treat, and it was easy to see why she has been invited to perform solos at several churches.

Kinsley's academic achievements are as impressive as her extracurricular pursuits. She was chosen by her teachers and principal in the 10th grade to begin taking college classes, maintaining her dual-enrolled status throughout high school. Balancing these rigorous academics with her commitment to softball, Kinsley managed to keep a high GPA and earn membership in the National High School Scholars program!

This fall, the newly-minted graduate will be embarking on an exciting journey to Florence, Italy, as she begins her studies at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, majoring in Biochemistry. Her dream of becoming a pediatric surgeon and finding a cure for cancer is an inspiration to all who meet her.

Our session with Kinsley was a wonderful reminder of why we love what we do. Capturing her multifaceted talents and vibrant spirit was a true honor.
